Quality inspection

Based on AQL2.5-4.0 we checked quality from the outside to inside.

All zippers include the main long zipper and pocket zippers we all pull and close to test, all woven tapes, hand straps, labels we will pull to check the sewing whether solid, clean the dirty, cut the long threads, repairing for solidness and etc.details to check before packing.

Usually each piece into a PE soft polybag and 10-30 piece bags into a 5-layer export carton, at the top and bottom of the carton, we will put one safety cardboard in case of scratching bags when opening the carton.

For FCL shipment, when container arrived at factory, firstly we will sweep and clean the inside to check whether all in good condition, especially for the roof and sides whether have holes or broken, after checked well, then we will load as planned.

For LCL, we will send cartons to the near port by domestic transport to ship out.
